05-795Council File # O`�' �� Green Sheet # J-/°C� o `I RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA �( Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Whereas, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, on August 10, 2005, under Council File No. OS- 637, duly adopted an interim ordinance regulating a certain portion of Ward 7 subject to the provisions of Leg. Code Chap. 68: River Corridor Overlay Districts; and Whereas, the property owner at 2210 Bonnie Lane had requested the approval of the City to construct a 6x6 addition to the said dwelling; and 9 Whereas, the requested addition does not implicate the bluffline protection ordinances presently 10 under study pursuant to the interim ordinance adopted in Council File No. OS-537; and 11 12 Whereas, because the said addition does not implicate the bluffline protection ordinances, the 13 Council of the City of Saint Paul finds that it is appropriate to amend Council File No. OS-637 in 14 order to allow the said property owner to obtain the necessary approvals from the City in order to 15 proceed with the planned addition and, accordingly, under a separate amending ordinance, the 16 Council has begun the process to amend Council File No. OS-637; and 17 18 Whereas, the purpose of this resolution is to allow the said property owner the opportunity to 19 apply for the necessary approvals from the City in order to undertake the construction of the 20 planned addition, prior to the effective date of an amendment to Councii File No. OS-637; NOW, 21 05- �9� � 2 3 4 5 6 THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the property owner at 2210 Bonnie Lane may apply for and if approved, receive from the City of Saint Paul, the approvals necessary to construct a 6x6 addition to the dwelling located on the said property before the effective date of an amendment to the interim ordinance in Council File No.�� which is intended to provide an exemption to the said interim ordinance to allow construct ion of the said addition.
