RESOLVED, That the Beissel Company, 1745 University Avenue, City of
St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, owner of subject premises,'hereby is
granted a permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to construct a
driveway entrance not to exceed 40 ft. in width, into a loading area on the
east side of Wheeler St. beginning at a point approximately 258 feet north
of the north line of University Avenue, and to thereafter maintain and operate
the same as so constructed, subject to said permittee's compliance with all
applicable State Statubm, City Ordinances and rules and regulations of public
authorities having cognizance.
