Safety and the Purchasing Agent, L J WHEREAS, all bids were rejected on Formal Bid #1848 by Council Resolution, Council File No,, 229854, approved August 181, 1966, on the recommendation of the Contract Committee, for the reason that the appraised value of the property exceeded the amount•of the proposal submitted by the highest bidder WHEREAS, the Land Committee now recommends to the Council of the City of Saint Paul the sale of the above described properties to the individuals indicated and for the prices indicated as follows: +, Louis P.
