lot on property locatedi,at the northwest corner of Geranium
and Greenbrier Streets,;'more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 31 28. 29, and 30, Block 2, Evans Addition
to the City of Saint Paul, and vacated alley
accruing except that part of Lot 3 dedicated for
alley purposes;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received July 6,
a
1966; subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee,
and its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provision's of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a
Permit by Arlington Hills Lutheran Church to develop a
77 car parking lot at the northwest corner of Geranium
and Greenbriar Streets_ described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 28,
29, 6 30, Block 2, Evans Addition & vacated alley
accruing except that part of Lot 3 dedicated for alley
purposes.
This matter was considered at the July 7, 1966 Board
of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plans
meet the design standards for this type facility and
the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to
traffic and recommends'approval. Therefore, the Board
recommends approval ofithe Permit to construct the
parking lot. ;

Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House in the City of
St. Paul at 10:00 a.m. on August 4, 1966, on the application of
Arlington Hills Lutheran Church for permit to install an 86 -car
parking lot for church use on following property. Lots 1, 2, 3,
28, 29 and 30, Block 2, Evans Addition and vacated alley accruing
to said Lots, except that part of Lot 3, dedicated for alley
purposes. The property is located on the west side of Greenbrier
between Rose and Geranium Avenues.
