Marshall '4 City Clerk Building .t Dear Sir: This is written in response to the Petition of James M. Honza to rezone from "B" Residence to "C" Residence property located on the north side of East Sixth Street between Sinnen & Hope Streets described as Lot 11, except the North 10 feet thereof, Lots 12, 139 149 15, _16., 17, Block 10, B. Sinnen's Subdivision of Blocks 10 and 22 of Lyman Dayton's Addition to St. Paul. This matter was considered at the July 7, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. The property h'as 252 feet of frontage along East Sixth Street and an area of 32,100 square feet. The area zoning is as follows: Northeast and East Commercial. The remaining surrounding property is zoned "B" Residence. The adjacent uses are either one or two - family except the school and church across East Sixth ' Street. The Comprehensive Plan recommends R -6 multiple - family for the area and property. It was the findings of the Board that it would be reasonable to rezone the property to "C" Residence since the Comprehensive Plan recommends multiple - family for the pro- perty. Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends that the petition be granted and the property be rezoned to "C" Residence Very truly yours, NRH/mm N. R. Heiden Encl. Secretary Z.F. # 6101 rV JAMES J.
