I have been staying 'closely in touch with the Interstate Commerce Commission on this, case ever since its inception, and particularly since the filing of the new petition by the Great Northern. The latest information is that the ICC has the petition before it, and is giving it serious consideration; and inasmuch as the Commission has not yet issued its further findings in the case; it would be inappropriate to comment on the matter at thel present time.
