Penderitsch, an employee of the Bureau of Health, was injured in a third party accident on May 3, 1966, while engaged in the performance of his duties for said Bureau; and I WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $39.50 therefor:; and WHEREAS, a settlement has been negotiated between said employee and the other party involved in said accident which provides that the City will receive the full amount of its subrogation interest by reason of injury to its employee; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to accept in full, final and complete settlement of its claim herein the sum of $39.50 and to execute any necessary releases therefor; said sum to be credited to the Workmen's Compensation Fund.
