WHEREAS, a Private Housing Developer desires to improve Aazelwood Street from Prosperity Road to
400 feet north; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has approved plans for street and utility construction to be
completed at the Developer's expense and performed by the Developer's contractor, under provisions of
Chapter 122 of the Legislative Code with completed improvements to be designated as public; now therefore be
it
RESOLVED, that we hereby authorize the Department of Public Warks to issue a permit under
Ordinance No. 15155 for construcfion of the proposed improvements.
