RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the wrecking only of
frame dwelling and the performance of miscellaneous site work and clean up
at 458 Iglehart Avenue, described as Lot 5, Block 21, Mackubin and Marshall's
Addition to Saint Paul, Minnesota, to A. KAMISH COMPANY in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #9898 of said
A. KAMISH COMPANY, City to pay Contractor $750.00, such bid being the lowest
and said A. Kamish Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, anc
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
