RESOLVED, that Robert Fashingb-auer be paid the sum of $438.75
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the Water Department
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of February 8, 19619
while in the employ of the Board of Water Commissioners, whereby
he suffered-a temporary total disability until March 1, 1961, and
5 per cent permanent partial disability to his right leg; that of
said sum, the amount of $438.75 is now due and payable.
