RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for construction of a
Sewer in Alley of Block 1, Ella M. Warren's Subdivision of Roger's and
Hendrick's Acre Lots,
for the reason that the Council advised that the matter be cancelled, this
action being based on the high.cost to drain the area compared to the
marginal benefit of the improvement.
