RESOLVED, that Wallace Tomhave be paid the sum of $495.00 out of
the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund in full set-
tlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul, for compensation
resulting from his injury of December 19, 1963, while in the employ
of the Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered a temporary
total disability until January 6, 1964, and 5 per cent permanent
partial disability to his leg; that of said sum, the amount of $495.00
is now due and payable.
