RESOLVED, that the four story hotel building on
the Northwesterly 85 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 9,
Bazil and Guerints Addition to Saint Paul, according
to,the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deedscf Ramsey County, Minnesota, also
known as 489 -497 Saint Peter Street, in Saint Paul,
is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe and
dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that
said structure is incapable of reasonable repair,
replacement or remodeling so'as to make the same
reasonably safe, and should be wrecked and removed
from said land and it is ordered that said structure
be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by,-,and
at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant,
,nor other person in control thereof.
