WHEREAS, The General Manager, Clifford W. Hamblin, has submitted and
recommended approval of a proposed Agreement for the purpose of granting the
Rural Cooperative Power Association, of Elk River, Minnesota, permission to
install, 'maintain and operate its existing or proposed public works in and
across the Board's rights of way in Anoka County, said Agreement having been
approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Water Commissioners shall
and they hereby do approve said Agreement and authorize and direct the proper
officers to execute said Agreement for and in behalf of the Board of Water
Commissioners.
