RESOLVED, That Russell Kraus be paid the sum of $1,190.25
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the Water Department
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of April 139 1965, while in
the employ of the Board of Water Commissioners, whereby he suffered
a temporary total disability until July 26, 1965, and 15 per cent
permanent partial disability to his left leg; and of said sum the
amount of $19190.25 is now due and payable.
