WHEREAS, By Commissioner of Highways Order No. 38612, dated February 11,
1966, Highways turned back to the City of Saint Paul a portion of Temporary
T.H. 10 -102 (C.S. 6207) Jackson Street from its junction with University
Avenue'to its junction with East Tenth Street, and
WHEREAS, It is deemed advisable by the City Council of Saint Paul that
said road be turned over to Ramsey County, and the Council is advised that
Ramsey County is agreeable to accepting said road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Saint Paul as
follows: (1) The City of Saint Paul does hereby turn over to the County of
Ramsey, State of Minnesota, the following- described road in the City of
Saint Paul, which road has heretofore been turned over to the City of Saint
Paul by the State of Minnesota:
That part of Tempota y T.H. ID-102 (C.S. 6207) Jackson
Street commencing at its intersection with University
Avenue, extending south to its intersection with East
Tenth Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk shall send two certified
copies of this Resolution to the Ramsey County Engineer for transmittal to
the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, with the request of the Council
of the City of Saint Paul that the aforesaid road be accepted by the.County
as a County Road.

The attention of Commissioner of Highways - County Engineer - City of Saint Paul
is respectfully called to the following Resolution of the Board of County •Commissioners of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, adopted at the meeting held on February 21, 1966
By Commissioner Nadeau
WEEREAS, Commissioner of Highways Order No. 38612, dated February il, 1966,
turned back to the City of Saint Paul a portion of Temporary T.H. 10-102 (C.S. 6207)
Jackson Street from its junction with University Avenue to its junction with Past
Tenth Street (0.33 mile), and
14HEREAS, by Resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Saint Paul on
February 179 1966, said City requested that this road be taken over by the County of
Ramsey,
NOW, TgEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Ramsey County Commis-
sioners does hereby concur with and accept said road described within said City
Resolution as County State Aid Nighway No. 55, subject to the approval of the Com-
missioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
