WHEREAS an assessment for sidewalk construction was levied
under Contract 61233, District No. 2, Levy No. 12, against property
described as: Lot l,'Block 9, Merriam Park 3rd Addition, and
WHEREAS said property was assessed in the amount of $476.62
which amount included $164.05 for the City's share of the cost of
the long side construction and
WHEREAS the owner of said property being William C. Keller,
1948 Ashland Avenue, paid said $476.62 in full, per Finance Department
receipts L580, dated 2..20:64 and L6462 dated 12m23.64; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner of Public Works be and is--
hereby authorized to pay from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund,
Code 6000, the amount of $164.05, a portion of the assessable costs
of Sidewalk Construction under the above contract for the year 1961,
said Permanent Improvement Revolving Find to be reimbursed from the
Cityts Share of Local Improvement Aid Fund 0920w701. Said payment
to be issued in favor of William C. Keller, 1948 Ashland Ave. in the
1/4 amount of $164.05

WHEREAS an assessment for sidewalk construction was levied

WHEREAS said property was assessed in the amount of $476.62
which amount included x164.05 for the Cityts share of the cost of
the long side construction and
WHEREAS the owner of acid property being William C. Keller,
1948 Ashland Avenue, paid said $476.62 in full, per Finance Department
receipts L580, dated 2-20--64 and L6462 dated 12- 23.64, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner of Public Works be and is
