COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Economics Laboratory Inc., be permitted to proceed
at their own peril with the construction of two well pit rooms on the
north side of E. Fifth St. east of Wabasha St.* subject to all of the
terms and conditions of the proposed Ordinance No. 13174. In the event
that said ordinance is not passed by the Council of eh City of St.
Paul, the Economics Laboratory Inc. agrees to remove the subject
construction and to restore the street to its original condition and
to the satisfaction of the Chief Engineer, City of St. Paul; be it
further
RESOLVED, That during the period of construction, The Economics
Laboratory Inc. must agree to protect the City of St. Paul and the public
according to the pertinent provisions of said Ordinance No. 13174; be
it further
RESOLVED, That the Economics Laboratory Inc. accept the terms and,
conditions herein, and the terms and conditions of the proposed
ordinance in the form of a letter signed by a duly authorized officer of
the corporation which shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City
of,Saint Paul within five days of the passage of this Resolution.

resolution adopted by the City Council on that date for the
construction of two well pit rooms on the north side of East
