Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: There is a multi - family dwelling located at 366 -8 Marshall Avenue, described also as Lot 3, Block 80, Dayton $ Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul. This building (containing eleven apartments) is two and one - half stories in height, frame, 75 by 48 by 40. It was badly gutted by fire in November, 1965, is now open, past reasona- ble repair, and should be wrecked and removed as it is danger- ous to life, limb and adjoining property. The last known record owners are George J. and Patricia Game 5009 Excelsior Boulevard, Minneapolis, Minnesota 16. Danger Notices have been posted. Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear- ing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, which section outlines condemnation proced- ure.
