COUNCIL- RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in Section 1.07,
paragraph 2, Saint Paul Legislative Code, on March 22, 1966, upon the
advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the multi - family dwelling on Lot 3, Block 80,
Dayton & Irvine's Addition of Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, also known as 366 -8 Marshall Avenue, because said structure
is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining
property.

Gentlemen:
There is a multi - family dwelling located at 366 -8 Marshall
Avenue, described also as Lot 3, Block 80, Dayton $ Irvine's
Addition to Saint Paul.
This building (containing eleven apartments) is two and one -
half stories in height, frame, 75 by 48 by 40. It was badly
gutted by fire in November, 1965, is now open, past reasona-
ble repair, and should be wrecked and removed as it is danger-
ous to life, limb and adjoining property.
The last known record owners are George J. and Patricia Game
5009 Excelsior Boulevard, Minneapolis, Minnesota 16. Danger
Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, which section outlines condemnation proced-
ure.
