RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City,
as provided in Section 1.07 paragraph 2, St. Paul Legislative
Code, on March 22, 1966, upon the advisability and necessity
of the repair,, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and
removal of the bne -story frame garage on the North one -half
of Lot 31, All 32, Lloydts Subdivision of Lots 1 & 2 in
Block 3, McLean's Reservation, St. Paul, Minn., according
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as
343 Earl Street, because said structure is reported to be
dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
We are referring to you for condemnation action the two -
car garage at 343 Earl Street, located on the North one -half
of Lot 31, All 32, Lloyd's Subdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in
Block 3, McLean's Reservation.
This is a 21 by 18, one story frame garage, in dilapidated
condition. A large portion of the roof is open due to dry
rot. The building is leaning out of plumb and open to
children and vandals and presents a fire hazard. It is dan-
gerous to life,, limb, and adjoining property and should be
repaired or wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Karl W. and Dolores H. Koch,
685 Sue Place and contract purchasers are listed as
Kenneth Mortinson, 343 Earl Street and Emma Love, 316 W. Mor-
ton Street. Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date, as outlined in Section 1.07 paragraph 2 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
