Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: We are referring to you for condemnation action the two - car garage at 343 Earl Street, located on the North one -half of Lot 31, All 32, Lloyd's Subdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 3, McLean's Reservation. This is a 21 by 18, one story frame garage, in dilapidated condition. A large portion of the roof is open due to dry rot. The building is leaning out of plumb and open to children and vandals and presents a fire hazard. It is dan- gerous to life,, limb, and adjoining property and should be repaired or wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are Karl W. and Dolores H. Koch, 685 Sue Place and contract purchasers are listed as Kenneth Mortinson, 343 Earl Street and Emma Love, 316 W. Mor- ton Street. Danger Notices have been posted.
