Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Various inspections have been inade of the structure used as a two family dwelling at 739 West Central Avvenue, Saint Paul 55104, described also as Subject to easement the West 11.6 feet of North 25.6 feet Lot 2 and all Lot 1, Rearrange- ment of South One -Half of Block 9 of Butterfhld Syndicate Addition No. 1 This building is approximately 60 by 20 by 26. It is of frame construction and is in very poor condition. The roof leaks, plaster is falling and doors and windows are broken. It is badly vandalized and should be repaired or wrecked and removed. It is dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. Danger Notices have been posted and we have ascertained the owners are Sarah Cross, 760 Concordia Avenue, Saint Paul and Beth Hospital And Home Society, Inc.
