- Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Montgomery
Ward and Company to construct a 2.40 -car, customer - employee
parking lot on property-located at the -- northeast corner of
Pascal Avenue and St. Anthony Avenue described as Lot 17
Auditor's Subdivision # 27, and part of.the East 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 34,_T_29, R 23, North of center line,°
of St. Anthony Avenue and West-'of Lot 17, Auditor's Subdivi-
sion # 27, except that part taken for highway.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter on January 16,
1966 and the staff recommended approval of the plan subject
to some minor revisions and the filing of a final plan with
the Board of Zoning.,; The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the
plan as to traffic and recommends approval. Based upon the
above findings, the Board recommends approval of the applica-
tion to construct the parking lot. The final revised plan
has been filed with the Board of Zoning.
