The Board of Zoning considered this matter on January 16, 1966 and the staff recommended approval of the plan subject to some minor revisions and the filing of a final plan with the Board of Zoning.,; The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plan as to traffic and recommends approval. Based upon the above findings, the Board recommends approval of the applica- tion to construct the parking lot.
