RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED,,That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Cbrles
H. Stevenson whereby said Charles H. Stevenson shall serve as
a consultant to City officials on insurance matters pertaining
to the City, including but not limited to such matters as the
City's Health and Welfare Program, fire insurance coverage on
City buildings, burglary and other insurance matters, as well
as with respect to surety or indemnification bonds in which
the City is interested; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council shall be authorized,
as a condition of said agmement, to assign to Mr. Stevenson other
matters or duties as it may in its deliberations deem advisable;
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That Mr. Stevensonts compensation
pursuant to such agreement shall be at an annual sum of $9,600,
to be paid in equal semi- monthly installments, said contract to
cover the period of one year, commencing March 1, 1966, and
terminating February 28, 1967; be it
