RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
to execute a Rider to that certain Agreement, dated January 72
1963, entered into between the City of Saint Paul and the
Detention and Corrections Authority of the City of Saint Paul and
, County of Ramsey, a copy of said Rider being attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
concurrence by the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
