$100,000 U. S. Treasury Note, Series A -1967, 3 -3/4 %,
due August 15, 1967, with February 15, 1966 and
SCA, No. 19242
as collateral security for deposits of public funds of the City of
Saint Paul with The Northwestern State Bank, hereby is authorized,
ratified and approved, such having been done in conformance with
the applicable statutes of the 'State of Minnesota; that such
substitv.ted securities, at the time of such substitution, had a
market value sufficient, together with the market value of the
original collateral securities for said purpose for which no
substitution was made, equal to $110 for every 4100 of deposits
of public funds of said City with said bank.
