COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract to PRICE ELECTRIC,-INC. for furnishing Ken -Rad Incandescent,
Fluorescent, Mercury Vapor and Projection Lamps to various departments of the City of
St. Paul (and County of Ramsey), Minnesota in accordance with City bid specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #1530 of said Price Electric, Inc. during
period of one year, or at the option of the Purchasing Agent, a contract price of
$40,000.00,with,52.09% discount on standard or broken packages, such bid being the lowest
cost, and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract.
