RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs'in the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract to R & 0 ELEVATOR COMPANY, INC. for furnishing all labor,
material and equipment necessary for or reasonably incidental to the complete maintenance
of certain Elevators in the City of St. Paul (including elevators for the County of
Ramsey, Ramsey County Welfare Department and Independent School District #625) for period
of one year beginning February 1, 1966 for the total contract price of $5,820.00, at unit
prices bid, in accordance with bid specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #1512 of said
R & 0 Elevator Company, Inc., such bid being the lowest meeting bid specifications and
said R & 0 ELEVATOR COMPANY, INC. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract.
