RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract to MILLER SUPPLY CO., INC. for furnishing and
delivering,Wiping Cloths to various departments and bureaus of the City of 'St: Paul.
(including County of Ramsey, Ramsey County Welfare Dept. and Independent`School' ".
District #625) during period of one year from date of City Comptroller's countersignature
on contract, at unit prices bid, in accordance with bid specifications therefor and
the Formal Bid #1556 of said Miller - Supply Co., Inc. at a contract price rof.approximately
$4770.00, more or less according to requirements, such bid being the - lowest and 'ksaid
Miller Supply Co., Inc. being a reasonable and.reliable one and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and•the, proper
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract.
