certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled
to the award of damages, in the amount of $200.00, for the
taking of property described as follows:
That part of Lot 11, Block 17, Ridgewood Park
Addition to the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey Co.,.
Minn., lying northwesterly of a straight line
extending from the northeast corner of Lot 11
to a point on the south line of said Lot 11, 40
feet east of the southwest corner thereof except
the west 40 feet thereof, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of
the Register of Deeds in and for said County and
State;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 225811,
approved November 3, 1965; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a'-war-rant be drawn for said sum of $200.00,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party or
parties entitled thereto..
