Mr. Kiteck responded Mr. Cavanaugh no longer has anythiug to do with this property. (Mr. Kiteck showed photographs of the damage to the interior by the tenant.) Ms. Moermond gave the owner until September 30, 2005, to complete all the items, except for the roof on the main part of the house. The roof on the porch has to be done by September 20, 2005.
