RESOLVED, upon due consideration of the pertinent
application of Bradley Real Estate Trust of Boston, owner of the
subject premises, situate in the City of Saint Paul and described
as Tracts "0" and "P" Registered Land Survey ,#200, that a permit
hereby is granted unto said Bradley Real Estate Trust of Boston
for the enlargement of its presently authorized and existing off -
street parking facility, established on said premises, by the in-
crease of the present and heretofore authorized car capacity of the
same to 1,267 -car capacity, parking spaces, all in accordance with
the plan therefor, dated Received December 16, 1965, herewith filed,
provided that said Bradley Real Estate Trust of Boston and its
successors and assigns, shall comply with all applicable provisions
of municipal ordinances, State statutes and rules and regulations of
public authorities having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the request of the Bradley
Real Estate Trust of Boston to construct a 1;267 car off -
street parking lot on the north side of Highway 12 and
between McKnight Road and Pederson Street at the Sun Ray
Shopping Center, described as Tracts 110" and "P" Registered
Land Survey # 200.
The permit was considered at the September 16, 1965, Board
of Zoning meeting.' It'was the Board's recommendation that
the permit be approved subject to some minor revisions and
to the applicant.furnishing final plans. The final plays with
.the suggested revisions have beeri.furnished and are on file
at the office -of'the Board-'of Zoning.""
