RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Regents of the University
of Minnesota for the abatement of special assessments which were
extended against certain property owned by said Regents of the
University of Minnesota which is exempt from such assessments,
and said assessments are hereby cancelled, the description of such
property and amount of such assessments being shown in County
Auditor's File No.79296.
