' At the -Board of Zoning Meeting on December 16, 1965, the staff reported that they, as well as the Traffic Engineer, had some revisions they wanted made to the plan and that the applicant had-agreed to them. Based upon the applicant furnishing a'revised final plan, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the permit to develop the filling station.
