Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the permit of the
Superior Oil Company to construct a gasoline'filling
station on the southwesterly corner of West Seventh
Street and Randolph Avenue described as Lots 1
through 5, Skarda's Subdivision. '
At the -Board of Zoning Meeting on December 16, 1965,
the staff reported that they, as well as the Traffic
Engineer, had some revisions they wanted made to the
plan and that the applicant had-agreed to them.
Based upon the applicant furnishing a'revised final
plan, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the
permit to develop the filling station. The revisions
have been made by the applicant and are on file at
the Board of Zoning office.

Dear Sir;

nary 225 1966
I .,ould appreciate very much your voting NO for an applicatioh
to erect a gasoline station on Randolph Ave. and 17. 7th Street
cn the Skarda Prcporty.
We have been in business at the same locaticn for over Tifty
years and can see no reason for another station in the area.
7.7ith the advent of new hi ghivrays through our area, along with
the new, Lexington Bridge route and Warner Road route, many
homes have been removed causing an economic hardship to the
imediate businesses. I feel another station along rri.th the
three (3) closed ones in the area Mould do nothing to help
this section of to:vn.
Therefore, please vote no.
Thank you,
