between the north right -of -way line of East

50 foot radius, the center of said circle being
on the center line of East Fremont Avenue and
145 feet west of the west line of Birmingham
Street, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds in and for said County and State;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 225151,
approved September 8, 1965; now, theref.dre, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said amount
of $100.00, payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District
Court, Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for
the party or parties entitled thereto.
