for the new Saint Paul - Ramsey Hospital, being further described
in the letter of February 20 1966, from Francis M■ Tompkins,
Executive Secretary of the Hospital Facility Building Commission,
to Robert B. Gerber, City Clerk, a copy of which letter is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
