WHEREAS: Marion Stone desires to withdraw Application J -5814 for Restaurant, On and
Off Sale Malt Beverage licenses at 614 Concordia Avenue as of February 5,
1966 and requests return of the license fees for the unused portion of
the license years therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Marion Stone the pro -rated fee of $ 137.50, deducting $ 27.50 from the original
fee of $ 165.00 posted for said licenses and to cancel said application for
licenses.
