Whereas, C. F. 224799 approved Aug. 6, 1965 authorized the
approval of an agreement between the Mobil Oil Company and the
City of St. Paul and further stated that the Mobil Oil Company
should be reimbursed for its costs in an estimated amount of
$10,000.00 and,
Whereas, the actual cost of work covered by this agreement
has been determined and an invoice rendered in an amount of
$17,801.43; now therefore be it
Resolved, that the aforementioned C. F. 224799 approved
Aug. 6, 1965 be amended by increasing the reimbursable expense
from $10,000.00 to $17,801.430 and this additional amount will
be financed from the Municipal State Aid Funds.
