COUNCIL OLUTION - GENERAL FORM
January 18, 1966
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul upon the petition of Stainless & Steel
Products Co. and others vacated that part of Eustis St. described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Eustis Street
as widened, 246 feet north of the quarter section line in
Pearl Street, thence continuing north on said westerly line
extended 53,7 feet, thence west at right angles 6.52 feet,
thence southeasterly 54.09 feet to the place of beginning;
under C. F. No. 157985, approved November 15, 1951, subject to the conditions,
reservations and provisions contained in Ordinance No. 3394 as amended and
approved March 16, 1915; and
WHEREAS, It is now determined that no public instrumentalities will be
constructed in the above vacated street; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the reservation to construct, maintain and operate sewer,
water, gas and other public instrumentalities, in or upon Eustis St, as
described above under C. F. No. 15798571 approved November 15, 1951, is hereby
waived.
