RESOLVED: That portion of License No. 2953, expiring January 31, 1966, issued
to Anthony J., Joseph J., and John J. Monsour at 121 South Wabasha
Street, covering IIOn Sale Malt Beverage" be and the same is hereby
revoked upon the recommendation of the Bureau of Police, because of
the arrest of Anthony J. Monsour, 6,6.licensee, on the charge of selling
beer on Sunday before noon, being sent to court thereon, pleading
guilty thereto and sentenced to $700.00 fine, paying said fine,
and, be it
FURTHER/ RESOLVED:That the licensees at this location be refused the right to obtain
an On Sale Malt Beverage License in the future, at this or any other
location within the City of Saint Paul.
