Council 226744 of the City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: The four story hotel building known as the Carleton Hotel at 489 -497 Saint Peter Street, described as Northwesterly 85 feet of Lots 1 and 2., Block 9, Bazeille & Guerin's Addition has been le t in a dilapidated and dangerous condition on account of a fire. It is approximately 90 by 85 by 54 feet. It is now vacant, and destroyed beyond reasonable repair and it should be wrecked and removed. Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record owner is Abe Sechter, 330 Robert Street, Saint Paul 1. Kindly set a public hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code -, which section outlines procedure for condemnation of dangerous structures.
