RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are authorized
to accept and file of record a quit claim deed from Central
'Warehouse Company, a Minnesota Corporation, for the following
described real estate:
That part of Block Three (34- Robbins & Others' Rearrange-
ment, lying between the west line of Vandalia Street and
the north line of Charles Avenue and the arc of a circle
having a 35 foot radius,' the center of said circle being
at the intersection of the following lines: Lirre one,
parallel to the west line of Vandalia Street and offset
33 feet to the west; Line two, parallel to the north line
of Charles Avenue and offset 33 feet to the north,
Upon the condition that the aforesaid corporation
deliver satisfactory proof of ownership to the Corporation Counsel
and-that said real estate be accepted by the City for roadway
purposes only.
