Arlington with necessary guys, anchors and wires.
Poles °and- wires-to be-removed when requested to '
do so by the Common Council and cost of said
removal to be borne by the Northern States Power
Company.

Purpose Of Appeal: To permit construction of Ten Unit Apartment Bldg,
and installation of 10 Off Street Parking spaces.
Need Of Appeal: Present Zoning Requirements do not permit construction
of 10 unit apartment bldg.

Land in question is Zoned IIC'I Residence and is located in an area of
older two story homes# although adjacent property to the West and
