PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT
and
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
The undersigned hereby proposesthemakingofthefollowing blicimprovement by the City o int P�►ul, vm
In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 40 feet in width
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under,
through and across a strip of land 40 feet in width, the center line of
said easement being 20 feet north of the south line of the South I of the
NE4 of the NW4 of Section 27, Township 29, Range 23, said center line
extending 706.5 feet west of the west line of North Hamline Avenue.
Also, condemning and taking a permanent easement 50 _feet in width for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under, through,
and across a strip of land 50 feet in width, the center line of said ease
ment being 681.5 feet west of the west line of North Hamline Avenue and
extending 350 feet south of the south line of the NE-1 4 of the NW4 of Section
27, Township 29, Range 23; said easements necessary to the construction
of the "HAMLINE AVENUE STORM SEWER, CONTRACT A."
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the malting of the following improvement, viz.:

27, Township '29, Range 23; said easements necessary to the construction
of the "HAMLI,NEfAVENUE STORM SEWER, CONTRACT A."
