RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Trucking of Voting Machines, Folding Tables
and Folding Chairs to and from storage spaces and voting places for the elections
scheduled in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, in the calendar years 1966 and 1967,
to ST. PAUL TERKMAL WAREHOUSE COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #1574 of said St. Paul Terminal Warehouse
Company, at
a contract price of $17,339.48,
for the
four scheduled elections for the,
year 1966,
such bid being the on],y bid and
said St.
Paul Terminal Warehouse Company
being a reliable and reasonable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
