RESOLVED, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution of
the Council, Council File No. 225116, and the letter of
Francis M. Tompkins, Executive Secretary of the Hospital
Facility Building Commission of the City of Saint Paul and
County of Ramsey, dated January 49 1966, addressed to the
Council via Robert B. Gerber, City Clerk, that the Council
hereby approves, ratifies and confirms the action of said
Hospital Commission in awarding a contract to The Colson
Corporation for the items, quantities, and prices hereinafter
set forth:

on March 3, 1965, awarded a contract to the following vendor
under Bid #602:
The Colson Corporation
Caruthersville, Missouri
Item #116B, One Platform Truck, $47.15
Item #119, Two Canvas Bag Trucks, $124.58
This contract is for an amount less that $500.00 and is awarded
under the method of awarding contracts which was approved by the
City Council of the City of Saint Paul under Council File 225116,
dated September 2, 1965, and by the Board of Ramsey County Com-
missioners under Resolution #9 -7852, dated July 26, 1965-
The Commission respectfully requests that
the City of Saint Paul approve the above
visions of Laws 1957, Chapter 938. This
omitted from a previous letter.
