(T.H. 94- 392).- Construction Plans and Special Provisions dated -
November 8,.1965,including Addendum No. 1 dated December 20, 19655
and Addendum No. 2 dated December 21, 1965, for Superstructure and
Drainage System for Lafayette Bridge from south of T.H. 94 thence
over Mississippi River and ending south of Nagasaki Road, in the
City of St. Paul, Minnesota. Minnesota Project U 044 -1 (31) and
I 094 -3 (104) 241.
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions
and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 112/392
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 56/94 within the corporate limits of the City
of St. Paul on T.H. 56 over Streets, Mississippi River and R.R. Tracks; and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways,
St. Paul, Minnesota,-being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6244 -9800E
(T.H. 56 =112)3 S.P. 6283 -9800E (T.H. 94 =392); and
WHEREAS, Said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked,- labeled; and identified as
S.P. 6244 -9800E (T.H. 56 =112) Minn. Proj. U 044 -1 (31),,S.P. 6283 -9800E (T.H. 94 =392)
Minn. Proj. I 094 -3 (104) 241, which, together with the Minnesota Department of
Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, on file
in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for
said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 112/392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number
56/94; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled,
and identified are also on file in the office of the St.Paul Department of Public
Works; and
WHEREAS, The term 11said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and
incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described. ,

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and special provisions for the
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 112/392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number
56/94 within the limits of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said
plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved, and consent is
hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction
of said Trunk Highway Number 112/392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 56/91
in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
