WHEREAS, Maurice F. McElligott, an employee of the Department of Libraries,
Auditorium and Civic Buildings, Bureau of Auditorium, has earned compensatory time credits
for overtime worked, and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to pay for such overtime rather than grant
compensatory time, now, therefor be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employee for such overtime work, as recorded in the office of the Auditorium.
