of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid Dale
Simpson while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of in-
juries he received on December 13, 1965, while employed by the
Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, and that
$135.00 in partial settlement to and including January 3, 1966, is
now payable.
