The site is described as all of Lots 115, 116, 117, 118, 119 and all that part of Lot 114 described as follows: beginning at a point where the boundary line between Lots 114 and 115 intersect Lynnhurst Avenue W. thence SWly 40 feet on the west line of said Lynnhurst Avenue W., thence NWly to a point 2.83 feet east -of the NW corner of said Lot 114, thence Ely 11.17 feet on the rear line of said Lot 114 to the NE corner of said Lot 114, thence SEly along t1E Nly line of said Lot 114 to the point of beginning; Union Park Addition.-'The property,iszoned "C" residence. The subject property consists of 5 platted•lots and part of a sixth lot which is presently develqped with a recently constructed 18 unit apart- ment building and a large residence which will be removed for the construction of a proposed 16 unit apartment building. The property is an irregularly shaped tract of 'land and has a total area of approximately 33,.000 square feet. An appeal•to relax,the density standards was granted by the City Council February 29, 1964. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its meeting on December 2, 1965. The staff reported that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plan and recommends approval, and that the plans meet the design standards for this type of facility. Based upon the above considerations, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of a permit for a 34 car parking lot on the above described property in accordance with final plans dated December 2, 1965.
