amount of $121.50 and a dispute exists as to the amount of damage caused
the City, and both the City and the parties involved are desirous of
resolving their differences; now, therefore, -be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized to accept
$25.00 in full compromise settlement-of the bill -and to cancel the balance.
